How to read this demo. The supply-chain details below illustrate a real Northern Neck oyster workflow. Each step's on-chain record links to a genuine, live transaction on Ethereum (block 25,578,075) that you can open and inspect on the Blockscout explorer right now — proving the verification rail is real and working today. In production, these records are written by BlockAide's own provenance contract at each hand-off (harvest, grading, cold storage, transport, sale), and the batch ID resolves to that on-chain trail.
